Our WeConnect software collects all relevant data from your production line, evaluates it, and provides various display and analysis options:

Access is primarily from the machine and/or internal company network but can also be granted globally via secure internet access.

Evaluation of operating and process data

The evaluation breaks down the production data into operating/process data and faults:

Operating data, e.g. number of units per second or availability of the system (OEE)
Process data, e.g. information on individual production or measuring processes – e.g. Spindle speeds, coolant temperatures, measured values (incl. record/visualisation of all measurement data)

Individual visualisation on the dashboard

With to our intuitive user interface, users can configure their own dashboards in just a few clicks – with the diagrams and values they need.

In addition, trained employees can make use of “Kibana”, powerful visualisation software with which they can set all acquired data in relation to each other and search for what may still be unknown correlations.

The data from all machines (incl. automation) is exchanged with WeConnect using a wide range of interfaces and data formats:

Customer-specific interfaces to peripheral systems (e.g. SAP) are also available. And more are being added all the time.

Security

When it comes to security, WeConnect uses recognised industry standards to achieve the following objectives:

Integrity of operating, process, and measurement data (use of signatures)
Confidentiality of raw and user data (encryption and access protection)
Availability of production and data (distributed system and protection from unwanted interaction)

The cryptographic measures are based on the well-known public key infrastructure (PKI) with X.509 certificates. WeConnect can therefore use certificates from any certification body used by the customer.
