The WeStore 20 offers you the easy possibility to load your Foba M2000 or M3000 laser machine automatically.

Up to 20 pallets with different parts can be inserted laterally, which are fed individually into the laser machine via linear kinematics and processed. The parts to be marked are either placed in a fixed position on predefined pallets or, if the FOBA Mosaic option (automatic part position recognition) is available, are placed freely in the marked fields. This means that there is no need for part-specific fixtures in the pallets.

For manual operation, convenient access through the front door is still possible due to the lateral arrangement of the WeStore 20.

Thanks to our industry 4.0 software “WeConnect” the WeStore 20 can be connected to IT systems such as SAP or ERP systems. The software as well as the entire system was especially designed for the medical sector and is validatable.

If the marking of implants or other components was always trivial, the WeStore 40r would not be needed. However, practice shows that certain components can only be marked individually due to the high demands on the marking or the complex geometry. In order to meet these requirements, the WeStore 40r is equipped with a 6-axis robot, which retrieves the pallets from the 40-fold storage. Alternatively, entire pallets can be loaded as with the WeStore 20 or, the workpieces can be fed individually to the FOBA laser machine.

As an option, the WeStore 40r can be equipped with an automatic gripper change to mark different workpieces one after the other without any changeover effort. If a rotationally symmetrical workpiece is to be marked on the circumference, the component is loaded directly into the FOBA lathe chuck. Additional process steps such as visual inspection with cameras can be integrated into the WeStore40r automation cell. If desired, the part feed can also be designed as bulk material feed.
