We offer:
- Tactile metrology (mechanical probes)
- Air metrology (air measuring gauges for internal diameter)
- Optical metrology (lasers)
- Feedback of measurement results to the machine tool
- Development of process control strategy
And all that with a measurement accuracy of up to 0.1 μm.
Via NC-controlled axes, we can not only approach individual measuring points but also scan and display entire profiles. This is directly integrated in our Siemens controller, doing away with the need for expensive external measuring computers. The measured data is visualised on a separate screen and can be exported in the Q-DAS format.
